We strive to provide the best service possible to our patients. As such, we welcome any and all feedback from patients on how we can improve our service.

In the event that a patient is not satisfied with the service we have provided, we will work hard to ensure that a suitable resolution is reached; and, where appropriate, implement measures in our processes to help ensure that the issue does not occur again.

How do I make a complaint?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from us, please raise it with our customer care team in the first instance.

Who can I complain to if the matter has not been resolved?

We try to resolve all complaints directly.

However, if you are not satisfied or if we have been unable to find a resolution, you can make an official complaint about the services provided by contacting the General Pharmaceutical Council on the channels listed below.
