Treatment by way of medication is not always the most suitable avenue if you have, or are concerned that you could have, a health condition. It may be that some advice from a health professional, or a referral for a specific service, are what you’re looking for.
Alternatively, our health questionnaires may not provide the dialogue that you’re seeking, in terms of a back and forth discussion with a doctor.
This is where Treated Live comes in.
Treated Live allows you to talk to a UK-based prescriber one-to-one, face-to-face, via your home computer or smartphone, from 9.30am to 4.30pm, 5 days per week. You can book an appointment at a time that works best for you and our clinicians can provide you with prescriptions, make referrals or issue fit notes in accordance with your circumstances.
Any prescriptions are dispensed at our pharmacy, and you will receive them within 24 hours by special courier. If you would prefer an e-prescription, we’ll make sure that it’s sent to a pharmacy near you.
To access our Treated Live service, simply choose a convenient slot (between 9.30am and 4.30pm) and answer a few questions. This allows us to put you in touch with a prescriber who has knowledge in that particular area. Your 1:1 video call with a clinician can then take place, giving you the input that you need.
Should you require treatment, our prescribers can advise you on what treatment specifically, or they can refer you to a specialist, in the event that you need more dedicated care.
Consultations with our clinicians cost £25 for a 10 minute appointment. Your privacy and safety is our priority, and consultations are taken by either a GMC doctor, or a GPhC registered pharmacy prescriber.
