Collect your sample at home
Our home test kits come with everything you need to provide your sample at home, at your own convenience, without having to go to the clinic or book an appointment. Each kit contains detailed and easy to follow directions, to help you ensure that the test is as accurate as possible. If your test sample needs to be sent to our partner lab for analysis, you’ll be supplied with a freepost envelope and instructions on how to post it to them.
Secure and confidential
Any information you give us is kept secure, and we won’t share your details with anyone unless you agree to us doing so. If you have taken a lab test, we’ll post your result securely to your patient area, and notify you via email, SMS, or both (whichever you prefer) that your test is ready. For extra security, we’ll always ask you to login (or verify your identity) before giving you your result.

Some of the test kits we offer enable you to get your result in minutes; whereas others require analysis from one of our partner labs. - Choose your slot - Standard appointments are 10 minutes, but if your consultation is set to run over you’ll get the option to extend (subject to availability).
- Registered clinicians - Our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), and our pharmacy prescribers are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Personalised care - You can get treatment recommendations mid-consultation where appropriate, and have an open conversation with your prescriber about suitable options.
- Treatment at your convenience - Our pharmacy can dispense your medication and you’ll get it delivered in one working day, or we can send your e-prescription to a pharmacy of your choice for you to pick up in person.
Choose your slot
Book your appointment at a time that’s best for you. You can consult with our clinicians from wherever you like (although we’d recommend choosing somewhere private). All you need is a device with a camera and a microphone, and an internet connection. Sometimes our clinicians will ask to see a photo ID (usually if they’re suggesting treatment) so we’d recommend having this close to hand.

We work with UK-registered clinicians. Your safety is their priority. Our pharmacy is regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to help us ensure we operate to the highest possible standards.
Personalised Care
We know how important it is for you to feel as though you have a say in your own care. The video consultation service enables you to have an honest and open discussion about any different treatment options available, and which could work best for you. Aside from treatment, our clinicians can also refer you to other services and give you personalised advice, and provide fit notes (sick notes) where required.
Treatment at your convenience
When our clinicians issue a prescription, you’ll get options on where and how you’d like to receive your treatment. You can either have your medication dispensed by us, and you’ll receive by next-day courier. Or, you can opt to have your prescription sent to a pharmacy near you to be dispensed, so you can pick it up in person.
